Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Core Console ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Core Console is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing HR and work management tools for organizations across industries including Software, Healthcare, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Finance.

The Platform includes, but is not limited to: employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, project and task management, document storage, team communication, and analytics dashboards.

3. Account Registration & Access

  • Organizations must submit an access request that is approved by our team before gaining access to the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each organization operates in an isolated workspace; you may not access another organization's data.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Platform is offered under the following subscription tiers: Trial, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Features and usage limits vary by plan.

  • Trial: Free for a limited period. No payment information required.
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as agreed. Fees are due in advance.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that competes with Core Console.
  • Engage in data scraping, automated queries, or excessive API usage beyond permitted limits.
  • Store or process unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform ("Customer Data"). By using the Platform, you grant Core Console a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to provide the services described herein.

We do not sell your Customer Data to third parties. Our use and handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) to isolate each organization's data.
  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
  • Role-based access controls with a 4-tier permission model.
  • Audit logging of administrative actions.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Core Console and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as permitted herein.

9. Uptime & Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security or legal risk.
  • Upon termination, your access will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Console shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
